Universal Glass and Aluminum Corp is a family owned and operated business. Established in 1990, located at 167 E. Broadway New York, we are specialists in size cutting, beveling and edge polishing of flat glass and mirror. Today a new branch of Universal Glass and Aluminum Corp, located at 2555 S. Archer Ave Chicago Illinois is offering much more variety of services in Chicago and its vicinity.

We pride ourselves in the high quality of craftsmanship that goes into all of our products. Every piece of glass and mirror that we sell is closely inspected for defects and scratches and only the highest quality product is passed on to the customers. Not only do we provide in-house straight line and shape beveling, different styles of edgework polishing on glass thickness from 1/8” to 3/4", but we also offer different sizes of cutouts, notches, finger-pulls, sandblasting and etching.

In addition to glass and mirror cutting and beveling, we also repair, sell and install residential windows. We design, fabricate and install Aluminum and Bullet Proof store fronts for customer’s new construction or remodeling projects. We also build security gate systems, railings and fire escapes in wrought iron and stainless steel. What separates us from our competitors is our design and care service.

There are, of course, many other small items that we sell or service that we provide, such as various pattern glasses, laminated and tempered glasses, custom-size acrylic boards, anodized and color coated aluminum extrusions, custom-built aluminum doors and much more.
